Rod Winch / Combo Winch
The rod winch is a fundamentally different device. At its base is a carbon retractable multi-section rod of square cross-section with the actuator head which allows precise positioning of the microphone. The basic winch set-up allows user to bring the rod up to 15 meters.The kinematic system is based on the single-row multi-channel cable coil.
The rod head is attached to a special platform with a lock. This allows easy installation and removal of the rod heads using a special instrument.
Combo Winch contains two independent mechanisms at the same time: a rod with a robotized head and a cable release. Microphone outputs are independent. The winch can be made in a stereo version.

For precise microphone positioning control, the holder can be equipped with an integrated video camera, allowing remote monitoring of the microphone's direction on a display. The camera features a highly sensitive sensor, enabling operation in low-light stage conditions. The drive unit housing includes a BNC connector for composite video output. Upon request, an IP encoding block or a TV channel modulator can be supplied.

The microphone is mounted on a standard holder, with the option to use a "spider" shock mount. The mount can rotate around the vertical axis and tilt the capsule axis within the lower hemisphere with high precision. The set position is secured by a brake.

Robotic Microphone Mount
