Server
For winches to be controlled via software it is necessary to install an Ethernet server. Industrial server produced by GELLA allows combining up to 20 winches, providing the possibility of quick interaction of the operator control panel (laptop/tablet/smartphone) via switch and wifi modem with winches practically without delays, reducing the ping level to imperceptible by a person. Exchange rate of 1Mbps allows the use of standard cable UTP 5cat. The network topology is standard for the TCP-IP protocols with conventional switches and routers. In the Ethernet configuration, the server becomes a gateway with two independent 10-Mbit ports.
The server is available in two options: rack-mounted and standalone.
Our servers have proven to be reliable and fault-tolerant devices, operating for decades in locations with large ranges of operating temperatures and humidity.
The XLR connectors supplied in the standard configuration can be replaced by LEMO. LEMO has a number of advantages due to its small size. We recommend using these connectors in winch configurations with thin 4mm microphone cable. This combination makes the microphone suspension system virtually invisible to video broadcast cameras.
We use only original LEMO connectors and guarantee to retain their advantages such as:

- High sealing - reliable protection against dust and moisture
- High precision manufacturing - connectors ensure reliable contact and no signal loss during transmission
- Ease of installation - reliable system of quick connection without the use of special tools
- High mechanical strength.

Tube cable release is a microphone cable diverter that provides a microphone cable outlet in locations where it is not possible to mount the winch directly above the cable outlet due to height restrictions.
Anti-friction roller mechanism ensures smooth and fast movement of the microphone cable.
Has a holder for a plastic pipe to be used to prevent cable slack when the winch is remotely located.
Compatible with microphone rotation device.

When microphone winches are placed on moving stage elements such as spotlights, a laser altimeter can be installed on each moving stage element. This is an intelligent network device that transmits the actual height for a group of winches.

Both in Russia and in many other countries, a number of rules regulate the voltage of equipment for operation in rooms with increased danger or particularly dangerous premises. Such areas include, for example, wooden attics of old historical buildings (theaters, conservatories, etc.). In such places it is allowed to operate the equipment only at the Ultra Low Voltage (low voltage) - up to 50V AC and up to 120V DC. For such conditions we offer two variants of adapters:

  • 220V to 12V - for powering up to four winches over short distances
  • 220V to 48V - to power up to four winches at a distance of up to 100 meters.

This professional-grade flight case is engineered to securely store and transport up to four (4) microphone cable winches, providing exceptional protection in demanding environments. Constructed from high-density plywood or premium ABS material, the exterior is designed to withstand impacts, compression, and harsh handling during transit. The interior is precision-fitted with customizable high-density foam inserts, ensuring each winch is held firmly in place to prevent movement and minimize the risk of damage.

The case features reinforced aluminum or steel-reinforced edges and corners for added structural integrity, along with robust latches and a secure locking system to guarantee tamper-resistant storage. For enhanced portability, the case is equipped with ergonomic carry handles and optional heavy-duty recessed wheels, facilitating easy transportation across various terrains.

When operating the MICLIFT ROT (the mic rotation device), the winch must be positioned at a height from the MICLIFT ROT:

  • 30 cm or more when using 4 mm thin cable
  • 50 cm or more when using 6 mm thin cable

With these requirements in mind, we design and manufacture a special mounting structure - a frame that contains all the necessary seats and holes for mounting the MICLIFT ROT and the winch itself on it.
When using two microphones in a stereo configuration, they are mounted on a special Micbar. The Micbar provides precise horizontal positioning of the microphones for optimal stereo imaging and sound capture. The universal design ensures compatibility with all MICLIFT microphone winches. This solution is ideal for sound designers and sound professionals. The Micbar simplifies setup, reduces cable clutter and improves the overall efficiency of stereophonic configurations.

Micplatform (microphone mounting platform)
When using winches in a 3D configuration, they need to be connected at a single point in space. Micplatorm provides the ability to create a multi-channel & surrounding system by connecting up to 4 winches and mounting up to 4 microphones simultaneously.
